"Our heat was not working in our room, but maintenance came and fixed it. He was fine in 20 minutes. This is my 2nd stay over them years and would stay again."

"Staff help was great! Only complaint was that I expressed concern about the greatly overused mattress in room 615 and nothing was done to correct it. The mattress was horrible and it should not be in any room. Other than that, I would give high marks to the Darcy Hotel."

"Wonderful historic hotel in a great location next to GWU and close to government offices and tourist sites. Very helpful and gracious staff. Our hotel room (a suite) was comfortable, roomy and clean. Special kudos to the bartender who made our group feel welcome and made some dynamite cocktails."
