“I felt super safe. Great neighbors. Super chill spot. I loved the patio. Only concern is how close the fire pits are to the neighbor’s expensive fence. Make sure there’s no winds when having a fire. One pit is like 3 feet away and cabin 3 was about 6 feet away. But I loved it & the dock is really nice to have too if you have a kayak or boat.”

“My family and I traveled to Calgary to celebrate mine and my wife's 30th wedding anniversary in June 2025. My daughter brought along her boyfriend. The home was immaculate. The room in the basement was perfect for my daughter's boyfriend as it permitted him some privacy and even his own kitchenette. The appliances were new and in perfect working order. It was wonderful to cook in such a well organized kitchen. We spent some time in Banff and Kootenay. Hiking trails and enjoying some of the city……

“We loved this place! It was perfect for a couple to get away. It was a gated community with peace and quiet. The view of the lake was amazing the only thing we wished were different is higher chairs on the porch to see the view better. We will definitely be returning to calico heights!”

“If you’re looking to get out of the city’s this is the place you should book! It’s a little secluded and the neighbors up the hill are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet. My girlfriend and I were looking for something like this and it’s just what we needed to rest and relax! We would and probably will book again!”

“Location and home are great. We've stayed her previously and loved it. Plenty of catfish to be caught using hot dogs on the bottom. We stayed when the lake was flooded, so the beaches were under water this time. Last time the beaches were the place to be. This time we fished and sat outside watching TV. Great home!!
