“We had to book this at the last minute. It cost us nearly $400, but we saw there was a hot tub and sauna, so it was worth it. Here's the list of things that went wrong, making this stay worth barely $100. 1. When we got there at 4pm for check-in, no one was there. No note, nothing. I had to go back through the Expedia site to find a phone number and call the person, who apologized that they weren't around, and then told us the room was open and the key was inside. Would have been nice to know……
