A beautiful seafront 3BR home in Tower Road Sliema
Hello travellers ! I Welcome you to your stylish and modern 3BR apartment one of the best addresses in Malta. With stunning sea views and a prime location just steps away from the beach, this apartment is the perfect base for your Maltese adventure.
Upon entering this fantastic home, you are welcomed by a large living area with sofas and TV and a dining area which could easily accommodate 6 guests.
Also included is a private balcony with amazing sea-views accompanied by outdoor furntiure.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| The living space is thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation and quality time with loved ones.
A balcony equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax, with probably one of the nicest views on Maltese island. Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining area and sofa looking at the TV.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal!
Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, all of which with a double bed, and one has an ensuite.
Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
Welcome to Sliema, one of the most popular and vibrant neighborhoods in Malta! Tower Road is one of the most iconic streets in the area, lined with palm trees and overlooking the stunning Mediterranean Sea.
The neighborhood is known for its picturesque seafront promenade, which stretches along the coastline and offers breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding islands. Here you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops, as well as plenty of opportunities for water sports and outdoor activities.
Sliema is also home to a number of cultural attractions, including the historic Fort Tigné and the stunning Manoel Island. And if you're looking for nightlife, you'll find plenty of options in the nearby Paceville district, which is just a short bus ride away.
The apartment is located in a prime location on Tower Road, with easy access to public transportation. The nearest bus stop is just a short walk away, providing connections to all parts of the island, including the airport, Valletta, and the popular tourist destinations of St. Julian's and Paceville. The bus system in Malta is efficient and inexpensive, with regular schedules and convenient routes.
Alternatively, you can also explore the area on foot or by bike, as Sliema is a walkable and bike-friendly neighborhood. You can rent a bike or take a leisurely stroll along the promenade, which offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding islands.
If you prefer to drive, the apartment is located close to major roads and highways, making it easy to access other parts of the island by car. However, please note that parking in Sliema can be challenging, particularly during peak tourist season.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
