The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk. My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. We didn't like the fact that there was no staff at the reception at all times. We had to communicate any issues, questions of requests by phone. This approach was highly unpersonable. We never saw the facility owner at all!!! This unpleasant hotel feature was not disclosed by Trivago at all. Also, it would be nice to have air conditioning...
