"Flexibel met inchecken, ik had twaalf uur aangegeven, maar was ruim een half uur te laat ivm trein vertraging en verdwalen. Was geen probleem, en kreeg ook nog een drankje van het huis, wellicht vanwege zilver niveau. Ook nog eens erg leuke vrouw bij de receptie. Ik was er vanwege het EK onder 21, stadion lag op loopafstand."

"Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them...

"My 18-year old niece and I loved our stay in the Royal Apartment when visiting the charming town of Banská Štiavnica. The apartment is enormous, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia."

"Good size room, helpful staff and large choice of food at breakfast. Only downside was the room was far too hot (up to 26 degrees) and the air con wasn’t working as it was still on the winter setting. The only suggestion was to open the window which helped a bit but it couldn’t be left open overnight. "
