The apartment has a magnificient open plan living area with stunning views looking straight out the heads, stylish contemporary furnishings, modern appliances, air conditioned throughout, Google Home Chromecast fitted to the main TV to allow you to log onto your Netflix, Unlimited Wifi, I-Pod Dock, CD player with surround sound system and Blue Ray DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped and offers granite bench-tops, stainless steel appliances including, microwave and oven, glass stove top, dishwasher, coffee machine and a full size fridge freezer. Three large bedrooms with the main having an ensuite with a bath and shower, Smart TV with Wifi, water views and ceiling fan. The main bathroom is located between bedroom two and three and it provides a shower, toilet and vanity. The internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer and the property provides a large double garage with remote and internal access to the apartment. The unit was very dusty, cupboards needed to be wiped out . Only fault was configuration of 3rd bedroom it was difficult to open doors and get into wardrobe. Maybe have the bunk beds set up as they should be giving more room .
