"We were a group of adults/teens and children visiting Birmingham for a Thai boxing tournament. The house is very clean and spacious, and really nice and warm considering it is single glazing. The only thing I would suggest is a bigger microwave, as the mini microwave only holds small saucers, so for our large group heating up dinner took twice as long- a minor detail. Otherwise we were very happy and comfortable with the stay and would absolutely stay here again if we come to the tournament next...

You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room."
