So disappointed by our trip. We felt deceived the moment we arrived. The photos of the hotel are 100% inaccurate and for the beautiful manor hotel next door to the motel like accommodation that we were actually assigned to. The rooms we were allocated were no better than a cheap budget hotel. There were nail clippings on one of the carpets, the sheet was stained, there was no fan in one of the rooms or air conditioning. No safes in the rooms, no water, complimentary or otherwise. The spa leisure facilities were at an unacceptable additional charge as was the breakfast and if you wanted your room cleaned/ serviced this wasn’t standard and you had to ask for it.
We have no idea why the huge discrepancy between the Expedia description and what we actually experienced. I’m usually really positive with my reviews but on this occasion can not find one positive aspect to our stay. We would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances in its present form. Sorry
