“We love this cute quiet house!! Super spacious with all the amenities. The hosts are very personable. Only complaint is we didnt get to see Tinker their dog this time. Close enough to Kinnick stadium without all the noise. Peaceful and beautiful out doors. All the appliances you need to cook a meal. The snacks and treats are always appreciated. This is our third stay and we will be back next year!! GO HAWKS!!”

“Wonderful quiet home in Cedar Rapids. The bathrooms and kitchen are recently renovated making it a very nice stay for our family (wife, adult daughter and her three children). The home uses hot water heat which makes for even heating throughout the house. The ping pong table was a hit with everyone. The new kitchen was very well appointed and we had no trouble cooking Thanksgiving dinner there! All in all a very clean comfortable cozy home to stay in. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Wonderful stay - great house and amazing host!The home was spotless, very cutely decorated, and was equipped with everything we needed! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and is only minutes away from downtown Cedar Rapids. Lynnaya is amazing - very friendly, responds quickly and provided clear and detailed instructions! I highly recommend and will book again if we return to the area! ”
