Fine place for a quick trip to see my daughter that wasn’t too expensive. Wish the pool hours were longer as they close the pool at 8pm.

The check in process was smooth, quick, and easy. The hallways smell smoky and could use an uplift. My room could have been cleaner. There was a pile of used towels on the laundry rack.

There was a young man sitting inside near the back door vaping what smelled like pot. Overall the place looked run down, when we got inside our room it smelled moldy. The floors were sticky and overall filthy. We considered leaving but didn’t want to lose our money. The only positive thing, the bed dressing felt new and clean.

The Ladies at the front desk were awesome. The beach - Horseneck - was great and the seafood place, Anthony’s Seafood was great. Traffic was also great getting around from Somerset, Mass to Newport RI. The people were very nice and affable in the area. We slept good both nights at the Inn. A place we would stay in the future. Blessings!

We had to change rooms because the sliding door to the balcony of the first room didn't stay locked. The second "non-smoking" room had what looked like a plastic bag stuffed around the smoke detector as if someone had tried to keep it from detecting. There was no remote for the TV and the drain for the tub needed to be de-haired. The good thing was there were no bed bugs upon inspection.
