“APPALLING MANAGEMENT! We were never sent the code to get into the property. The host did not respond to messages or to a phone call from vrbo. We wasted 3 hours at the property trying to sort out access and in the end had to find somewhere else to stay. Looking through the window, it looked clean and was clearly ready and expecting guests. I have rated as a 3 anything I could not answer, eg cleanliness”

“I have stayed at this property twice now, and it has been great both times! On a quiet street close to Christchurch city center, less than 10 mins walking to bus interchange. Especially great that it has its own parking spot for those driving. Good communication. Highly recommend! ”
