"This was not a hotel, it was more like an apartment, however there were no utensils, no plates etc, no cooking equipment despite having a kitchen. The towels for the shower were extremely small, the bathroom was very small, the room was very hot and could not control the floor heating, the tv didnโ€™t work, we needed to put used towels on the floor outside the door then ask for more, we needed to manage our own rubbish instead of having the room serviced. It was clean and the location was good but...

"My stay at this hotel in Korea was absolutely excellent. From the very first day, I felt warmly welcomed and very comfortable. The hotel is well located, extremely clean, well organized, and offers spacious rooms that are cozy, warm, and very comfortable,especially important during the Korean winter. I would like to give special recognition to Alice Kim, who truly made a difference in our experience. She provided outstanding service and was always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was wonderful, but Alice Kimโ€™s service deserves special mention. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Korea. An amazing experience from start to finish! "
