"Everything was lovely! Room, staff, and breakfast. We arrived late due to a flat tire (watch out for those Scotland back roads 😉) and the staff was superb in welcoming us tired American travelers. Just a few notes if you're a first time world traveler from the US, they didn't offer wash cloths and there were no "flat sheets", only fitted with the duvet. My fault not theirs for realized this is standard in Europe. Hope this helps someone!"

"Wow this place is immaculate! Arrived and received clear instructions how to access the property, was blown away with how clean it was. Beautiful location on the largely overlooked west side of the island, with loads of cool things nearby like the Kings Caves, Cafe Thyme, and only a 15 min walk to the Kinloch Hotel which has a nice bar where you can sit at the window and watch the sunset over the sea. It is the perfect location to base yourself to explore Arran. The chalet has loads of character, is really cosy, and has everything you need to enjoy a family holiday. Dealing with Kris the host was a breeze and you can tell he really takes care of the place. I would definitely recommend here to stay and hope to get time to come back again."

"We had a wonderful stay, the bungalow is well equipped, clean and warm. Whilst it is remote, which we liked, you are not far from Campbeltown which has everything you need for food shopping. The bungalow is also ideally situated for visiting Arran, which was well worth a visit and the ferry crossing was only 20 minutes . You can also easily visit Islay and Jura by ferry. The communication from the owner was faultless.Would highly recommend."
