Great hotel
This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, everything was so nice and the room was great. My kids even commented how clean the room smelled and not chemical clean but actual clean. The staff was all great, everyone smiled and said hello when we walked by, the service was quick and the staff was very helpful. We had our boat and the hotel had parking for us and it was close to a ramp to put the boat on the lake. Made it very easy. We have older kids and loved that the pool was open 24 hours. Would definitely stay here again.

When checking in, the person at the front desk saw us but went back behind the wall. I could hear two staff members talking but no one came to help us. I finally rang the bell and the staff person who initially saw us walk in came out to help.

Very Pleasant Stay.
This is a great hotel. It was very clean and in great condition. They did seem to have trouble keeping up with the breakfast rush but with some patience, we had all of the breakfast food we needed. I did not feel the pet fee was clearly communicated so the extra fee was a surprise.
