Our room had an adjacent door (not requested) The room next to us was very noisy after 10:30 pm. Could hear talking and a lot of screaming kids. I had to knock on that door to silence them.

I made reservations for a king jacuzzi suite, was very disappointed when we checked in and got a king handicapped suite. The walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations from the next room. Very disappointed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue is no one said that there was construction and contractors will be making lots of noise really early in the morning.

Our room was on the 8th floor. We were close to the elevator, but due to the hotel remodeling, we had to switch elevators and walk to another elevator going up or down. Two of the six elevators were not operating. This made getting to the ground floor a big traffic jam while trying to check out Friday morning. My wife liked the fact the AC in our room worked fine.

Overall we enjoy going to the casino in Hinckley. This time however we ran into a very negative concern (not the casino’s fault). We found a crack pipe in the bathroom behind the towels. The staff handled things extremely professionally and moved us to another room. The experience was a little disconcerting but I guess now a days with the prevalence of drugs it’s not surprising. Just not something anyone wants to encounter!
