Our stay was OK. The beds are absolutely horrible. The smell coming from poo containers was very bad, and inappropriate to expect someone to stay at a unit right next to it is a terrible thing if your expectations are to relax on your deck. The other issue was kid’s stomping on the floor above us, that was a real problem! The entrance into the unit we had was in the back of the building. We had to go down the gravel trail to unload our luggage for the week and that was a real challenge because there is loose gravel up and down the hill, CAREFUL! Will we ever stay there again??? The cost was good and affordable in the situation we were in, we made the best of it, We we’re expecting a better stay.

Your staff was less than welcoming to be kind. Simple things like some coffee to go with the coffee maker in the room wouldbe nice, better signage so people arent searching for the check in buidling would be welcome too. If I was a kid going skiing, I guess it would have been what I expected, but a summer stay, at $260 a night, might require good custimer service, smiling faces and a better attitude overall.

Our family loved our stay at Eagle Ridge. The views everywhere are gorgeous, the outdoor pools and alpine slide were great summer fun, and the condo was a great deal for housing 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we made several meals there.

The view out our window was stunning! The only thing I would change about our stay would be adding AC in the bedroom and not just the living room. It was so hot sleeping in there with no air movement.

We really enjoyed the s'mores around the campfire each night, the location was great for us, (we went waterfalling). Centrally located for all of them. The room had a pump noise go on and off all day/night.
