Rooms were spacious, refrigerator worked perfectly, they allowed us to use sister property pool as the Aspen Hot Tub was out of service for repairs. I spoke with three different lobby attendants and each were very helpful, kind and respectful! Hotel was full, but never heard another person all weekend. Rooms opened up to the backyard woods & walkway, very private - very quiet. It was quiet and close to downtown and dining (walkable if you like to walk). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite run down, but the important items (bed and bathroom) were clean. The bed was very comfortable.
