We only stayed at this house for the 1st night (less than 12 hours) of our 4-night reservation, due to the condition. The property was dated and dirty. Dirt/dust on baseboards & air vents, bugs on floor, carpets not clean, most blinds were missing fins or pieces, trim paint peeling, house had a funky smell, beds did not have mattress covers, unkempt yard. Neighbor dog barked all night long, our entire family slept poorly and decided there was nothing the host could do in the short term to make us feel settled, thus we found another place to stay. Host was unwilling to cancel our reservation to save fees on his end. You couldn't have paid us to stay there 3 more nights.
