Hotel and service was very good for the cost. Couch in the room was seriously stained, and other guests made the stay difficult. Multiple guests were frying foods that made the hotel smell bad, and one was playing very loud music you could hear from the first floor and beyond.

I didn't experience Springdale but a nice town. One thing about the check-in process at the property, which some might not mind, is that the desk staff texts your personal cell phone when you get up to the room to see if everything is ok.
