Summary: Gorgeous guesthouse on a large ranch overlooking green pastures and the Sierra mountains. Serene porch, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, two luxurious bedrooms, laundry, & Wifi The Space: Welcome to the Ranch Guesthouse, a private house that doesn't feel like a guesthouse at all. This spacious two bedroom guest house is perfect for up to four people traveling to the Sequoias, in town for a wedding at one of the many nearby venues, or in need of a peaceful retreat. Situated on a hill, the home overlooks expansive pastures with cows (named after the Kardashians!) and horses. You're welcome to walk down and visit them! Minutes from the quaint town of Springville, restaurants and conveniences are just a short drive away. Beautiful views of the Sierra mountains all around! Enjoy impressive views, a calming water feature, fresh air, and all the conveniences of home in this cozy ranch casita. Though it's a guesthouse, it's far enough away from the main house that it feels private. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home, front and back patio, games in the garage, and may walk down to the pasture to pet the animals. Guests have access to Wifi, Smart TV apps, private washer and dryer, comfortable working space, and welcome goodies. The Neighborhood: Located in a beautiful neighborhood in the foothills of the Sierras, near the Sequoia National Forest and Park, home of the Trail of 100 Giants where you can find the tallest trees in the world! This neighborhood is also unique because there are so many wedding venues nearby, including the very popular Springville Ranch and White Barn, and River Ridge Ranch. It's also near The Springville Rodeo. The home is tucked back at the top of a small hill with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains above and pastures below. Getting Around: You'll need your own vehicle to get around. You may need tire chains if you're heading to higher elevations during the winter months. Other Things to Note: As you turn off of globe Drive onto a private driveway. There are several homes go down the private driveway until it ends and bear left as you enter through the gate the guest house is on the RIGHT. The main house is at the very end on the left. The guest house is tan in color - this is the property you're looking for. The main house is white if you get to the very end and cannot go any further you have gone too far and need to turn around. Interaction with Guests: We have a 100% response rate! We are available from 8am-9pm by messaging through the app or calling/texting the Customer Service phone number provided in your check-in instructions. While we’re not available in person, we do have amazing neighbors and friends in the area who can make themselves available if absolutely necessary. It's a beautiful property, very relaxing and had all the amenities you could ever want. My only suggestion would be to have a regular coffee pot (Mr. Coffee type so you can brew 8-12 cups at a time). We drink a lot of coffee in the morning and it's a bit of a pain to have to use those little Kureg cups all the time. Other than that it was wonderful.
