“This townhouse is brand new, very nicely furnished and decorated. It is within distance to all the Buffalo area has to offer.The cleanliness is immaculate, and it is well stocked with essentials. John the owner responds within minutes if needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. The visit was only 2 nights, however, so much more relaxing than a hotel and a very quiet neighborhood. Again 5 stars***** ”

“Our group consisted of 3 generations, aging from 11-79 years old. We live only about an hour away, but wanted a place to gather for a weekend where no one felt that they needed to host. Everyone loved this house. There were lots of fun games and things to keep busy! Sitting on the beautiful deck was our favorite (aside from the traffic noise) and the proximity to town and Holiday Valley was great. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating - they brought us TP at 9pm to save us a trip to the……

“The rental was perfect for our family, including 6 grandchildren. Melissa was a tremendous host. Lots of space, toys, bikes, beach accessories and fun! Direct access to the beach and great views of the sunset every night made it a great family vacation.”

“Everything was great! The little basket of goodies and especially the cinnamon buns made the kids feel welcome immediately. I have a hard time getting comfortable away from home but this place was really cozy. We enjoyed the games, toys and roasting marshmallows in the backyard. ”

“We had a great stay at the house. We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2dogs in our group. We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, which made getting ready for the wedding really convenient. There was plenty of parking and a nice yard for the dogs. The host was easy to work with and provided all the sheets and plenty of towels. We were very pleased with our stay!”
