The property is also situated at the end of the beautiful Lade Braes walk. The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground Floor - open-plan kitchen/diner with seating for 4 guests. Utility cupboard. Bathroom. First Floor - 2 bedrooms on this level and guests have the option to have the beds prepared as kings or singles. Both bedrooms are ensuite. Second Floor - lounge with access to roof top terrace and balcony and sofa bed. (please advise if wish to use the sofabed) 2 mins walk to town centre, 5 mins to Old Course, 10 to the beach. Location and standard of the accommodation. Lisa was super responsive and went above and beyond in her service. Great house with everything you could need. Although no heating was ever on the house got super hot with the sun on the glass in the top floor. We had enough kitchen ustensiles to do some basic cooking for breakfast. The house has a heating system controlled by an apps. The system was faulty. It is also a little awkward that the kitchen is on the bottom floor and the balcony is on the third.
