Room was very hot - could do with blinds to reduce glare - curtains were very heavy and if closed no air movement in room. Fans supplied were noisy. Perhaps lighter quilts for the warmer weather ? Stairs are quite steep and narrow and exit from stairwell to each floor awkward to negotiate. Quality of food especially in the evening very disappointing !

Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Positioned right on the harbour and close to public transport. This B & B has single rooms! The main down side was no lift and had to climb quite a few stairs. A suggestion would be to use a top sheet as the duvet was too hot. Staff were friendly and always helpful.
