“The location of this beach house is perfect. Steps to the beach without having to deal with parking, close to boardwalk and restaurants and close to life guard station for extra eyes on family. Our beachfront was never crowded. The house was very clean and all as advertised- you only need to bring your own beach towels. The owners communicated very quickly. A very nice time for family. We will absolutely return.”

“We love everything about this property. Ocean front with its own beach access, huge covered patio on the back side of the house, beautifully decorated, and it is north of the Boardwalk so the beach wasn’t as crowded. Will definitely visit this property again!!”

“We really did like the condo. The check-in process was so easy. The condo was beautiful. It was spacious, very comfortable beds and the two bathrooms were a plus. We had everything we needed for cooking. The beach was amazing and not crowded at all.The only thing that I would give a negative was the cleaner was still there when we pulled up at five and we were supposed to check in at four. She even had towels in the dryer drying and I’m not even quite sure that the comforter was even cleaned so……

“We had a great time on our trip! Condo was clean, great view from the porch, and just a short walk to the beach. Fun restaurants close by, including Britt’s donuts (a must!) and a great coffee & breakfast shop a block away. Lori was super friendly, quick to respond, and check-in and out was a breeze! “We only spent one night because we wanted to let our terminally ill dog experience the beach. This condo was absolutely perfect in every way.It's right on the beach - you walk out to the private walkway and you're there. No need to drive or look for parking. You can see the water right from the condo. There's also a mini-mart down the street that sells necessities but also has a kitchen with really good food.There are 2 parking spots available, both under the condos so it's shaded. It's the……

“This rental property on Carolina Beach could not have been more perfect. The view is breath taking from the time that you enter. The accommodations are spacious. The location is perfect for families as the beach is at your door step. The condo has everything that you need while visiting so you are able to pack light if you are traveling from a distance. This was our first visit to Carolina Beach and I would highly recommend this location as compared to some of the bigger name beaches such as……

“Property was exactly as advertised and stocked with everything we could’ve needed. Perfect for 2-4 people. Ocean front view, especially at sundown, was amazing. Even through you share the private beach access with 5 other units, our time on the beach didn’t feel crowded. Communication with owners was easy if/when needed. Love that it was only a 12 minute walk to the boardwalk. Round trip it was 1.3 miles so some good light exercise to go with your daily adventures! ”
