Quaint Studio in STL Central!
This apartment is decorated with a theme of something that I enjoy! I'm an active person and biking is a great past time I love doing around the area, especially the 1,293 acres of Forest Park. Fortunately, the amazing environment of Dogtown doesn't require a bike at all! All that Forest Park offers is right out the front door and in walking distance. Or it's a quick bus ride or drive to downtown, the Loop, and Washington University. It'd be my pleasure to have you as a guest in my apartment!

Hi-Pointe, named for being one of the highest points in Saint Louis, is located on the southwestern edge of Forest Park. This large, historic park is home to the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Saint Louis Zoo, the Highlands Golf & Tennis, and the Forest Park Golf Course. I-64 extends through the northwest corner of Hi-Pointe for easy commutes to Downtown Saint Louis, located about five miles east of Hi-Pointe.
This walkable, bicycle-friendly neighborhood offers several bus stops for car-free commute options. While most of Hi-Pointe is residential, a shopping district is located in the northwest corner along Oakland Avenue. This area contains the historic Hi-Pointe Theatre, built in 1922. Just outside the neighborhood, residents can quickly reach SMM Health St. Mary's Hospital, Saint Louis Community College-Forest Park, and Healthworks Kids' Museum St. Louis.

- Please note the this is an older building and reaching about 100 years in a historic area of Saint Louis! That being said, there is a lot of charm like original granite steps, meticulous floor tiles, porcelain bathtubs, stucco walls, arched doorways, etc. Please be cognizant that our cleaning crew does a very effective job but as an older building it can be difficult to address every tiny details that's been accumulated over this past century. Regardless, our cleaning crew will do their best to ensure it's as spotless as possible!
- Please note we can potentially provide passes to the, Botanical Gardens, or the Science Center upon request and depending on availability of passes! - Please note that there is a $10 fee for the replacement of a lost pass for the zoo. - When using these passes to access the parks, please be sure to inform them that you are a friend of Jay Rios.
Verification of ID is required to prevent credit card fraud. Please note that a $200 refundable security deposit is required. This deposit is refunded within a week of check-out. Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to reflect in your account once processed.

The whole rental process was smooth. The location was great, felt very safe. Within walking distance to Forest Park and the zoo. St Louis was great as well.
We got this unit for my son and partner for his birthday while they were visiting St Louis for a nightly getaway trip. Perfect location next to zoo and close to the aquarium where they were going. Quiet and lovely space. Perfect for a getaway. Would stay here again.

Great stay in a great location. Only issue I saw were a few safety hazards around the building and in the parking garage underneath. That being said, I understand that it is an older property, but someone could very easily need a tetanus shot walking around the side of the building. Enjoyable, and would honestly stay again in this area.

The apartment was clean and easy to find. We were in town for surgery @ Barnes-Jewish & was very easy to get there from the apartment. The manager, Jay, was very nice easy to reach & always very helpful. We will have to come back in a couple of months & plan to stay there again
Our only real dislike was the a/c didn’t cool very well. However, with that being said we also stayed at a time that St. Louis broke a heat record of 103. The inside needs a good paint job-as it says in the listing. Everything was clean and in place. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and well lit. The manager was quick to respond to our questions/concerns.
We just left the property and all was well. Very clean. 10 minutes from Arch and Budweiser tour which we loved! The unexpected perk of receiving Botanical Gardens and Zoo tickets shocked me (you have to ask it’s not automatic and only upon availability) we will be returning without a doubt! The only thing please get an extension cord for by the bed/tv area. There’s no extra plugs for your phone, Apple Watch, etc. had to plug those in in the kitchen. No problem I just like my phone near me. Otherwise I loved it. So cute, quaint and quiet!

Bed linen did not seem fresh- musty odor or unwashed???! Pillows had a smell - need to be replaced. I gave three stars for cleanliness but for linens only - its would lower.
Other wise comfortable. Also no creamer for coffee. It’s a decent place for a few days stay. Quiet. Parking garage needs work and a good clean up.
Not a bad place to stay, but it had a few downsides . Being right by the front door means you’ll hear people coming in/out regularly. The parking garage was pretty tight quarters, so caution to those with a large vehicle. The TV was finicky, but with some patience and prayers you’ll get to watch what you want. Lastly, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows a joke. Bring your own pillow. Now for the good: it was a great location. Nice and clean. The fridge was mighty spacious in case you need that. And the utilities all functioned well. PS- why was this on the back of the property instructions? (See photo attached)
