“The thermostat was broke and would not heat -above 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Luckily there were two space heaters in the apt (which kind of makes me think the owner know this) we shut bedroom door and turned on the space heaters when we got to room. It never warmed up. The keypad was frozen when we left this morning and I sent messages to owner early this morning. He has still not responded to me. It was way too cold to enjoy. There are stains on the furniture and mouse trap in upstairs……

“The code to enter the building and condo were incorrect and the response time was poor.we had zero A/C the entire stay making our stay very uncomfortable.”

“The apartment was easy to find. Parking lot was small. There was available parking on the street. The refrigerator made noise when running. I texted the manager and received a immediate response. They had someone come and look at refrigerator while we out of apartment. When we returned the refrigerator still made the noise. ”

“Location, location, location! This is the perfect spot for easy access to adorable downtown Saint Charles. It’s quite roomy and very clean and new inside despite being an old building. It was a great stay for my family of 2 adults and two teens, who used the upstairs loft as their own private hangout. Having parking included is very convenient. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to make meals. The beds were super comfortable. The TVs were all quite large and new. If you are……

“Bed was a full not a queen. Room stank of marijuana. Bed was an extremely worn out box spring that collapsed towards the middle. There were two twin beds in the closets we used instead but there was no spare bedding or linens in the place. The only soap in the place was a hand soap. Nothing for showers. Only two towels. If you wanted to wash your hair or something you were out of luck. The only dresser or place to put things was broken with a sign saying not to touch it. We almost left……

“Everything was very Nice, was a little Warm due to the A/C not working well. But we were able to reach someone regarsing it and they were Very quick to respond and take care of the Issue.”

“Over all, our stay was fine. I didn’t know about St. Charles’s night life until I checked in. It was kind of noisy until about 2:00 AM each night. But no real problems. When I left the unit Sunday morning, I used the ramp and was swarmed by some kind of bees or wasps. I didn’t get stung but you all need to check that out.”

“Our host was highly responsive and friendly! Accommodations were perfect for our needs and very clean and comfortable, it is family AND pet friendly. The one designated parking space, where you enter your accommodations, was convenient for unloading and loading. There are stairs but a ramp as well. We will definitely stay with this host in these accommodations on our next visit! I give it a 10/10”
