“Avoid this property! The experience was so consistently bad, it’s hard to believe this unit is still being rented out. Not enough room here to cover it all. Nearly every day brought a new issue. Many were serious (health/life/safety) & should never exist in a rental at this price. We arrived to no heat. Told to use a “space heater” which didn’t exist. Replacement didn’t show up until 11pm! Apartment is extremely old & poorly maintained. Floors noticeably slanted, doors don’t close or seal……

“Rundum war alles sehr gut und sehr sehr sauber!!! Und sehr ruhig. Den Schlüssel zu erhalten war etwas erschwert. Aber wir haben ihn dann doch gefunden. Es wurde lediglich gesagt, am Zaun hängt das Schloss mit dem Schlüssel, aber es waren viele Zäune. Und leider konnte man die Waschmaschine nicht nutzen, da sie nicht verriegelt hat und somit der Waschvorgang nicht gestartet werden konnte. Die Punkte habe ich allerdings schon weitergegeben.”

“The thermostat was broke and would not heat -above 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Luckily there were two space heaters in the apt (which kind of makes me think the owner know this) we shut bedroom door and turned on the space heaters when we got to room. It never warmed up. The keypad was frozen when we left this morning and I sent messages to owner early this morning. He has still not responded to me. It was way too cold to enjoy. There are stains on the furniture and mouse trap in upstairs……

“Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here.”

“Bed was a full not a queen. Room stank of marijuana. Bed was an extremely worn out box spring that collapsed towards the middle. There were two twin beds in the closets we used instead but there was no spare bedding or linens in the place. The only soap in the place was a hand soap. Nothing for showers. Only two towels. If you wanted to wash your hair or something you were out of luck. The only dresser or place to put things was broken with a sign saying not to touch it. We almost left……
