Tree House Treasure - elevated home hovering over the lagoon with 4 kayaks!

We're a quiet, small, serene old neighborhood on the end of a cul-de-sac and nearly floating on a lagoon! Florida nature at it's finest. The home is just 4 feet off the sea wall so the home is best suited for adults that are looking for that quiet get-a-way. Upper has 2 beds & a tri-fold mattress. Our driveway is shared so we can accommodate for one vehicle and it must fit under our carport and there is no street parking. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs permitted.

*Additional Instructions:
The home is in a quiet older neighborhood so no noise after 10pm. Although there is no smoking/vaping on the premises, the neighborhood is great for quick walks for smokers to enjoy. The road is very narrow (caution - only wide enough for one car so be prepared to pull aside and many blind spots that may host pedestrians with strollers) with no street parking and we are a shared driveway, so there is limited parking. Please use one room per couple - by alternating rooms it creates a lot of extra cleaning. Thank you!

Lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure the surfaces and dishes are clean during your entire stay. Lagoons are prone to bugs very quickly and attracted to anything that has an odor - good or bad
Do not close the screen door, animals will destroy them to get in.
Please don't slam doors to your vehicle after 9pm as the neighbor we share a drive with has a bedroom right next to our driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
