Amazing view, quiet, didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything. They have a convenient store as well as restaurant and I love the fact that the pool stay open till midnight!! I miss my flight and was able to stay near the airport, but I chose to rent this place for another night

Awesome property, good location close to down town and restaurants. Property overlooking the ocean bay where cruise ship docks. I would definitely recommend this property, you wont regret it and I will return.

Enjoyed my stay at the property with my family. Clean and good amenities. Beautiful views and right in Charlotte Amalie. Lots of stairs. Restaurant was good-nice staff and food. However, front desk staff could have been friendlier and could never get responses to inquiries via Expedia or email.

The room was updated and really nice. Had an amazing view overlooking the entire waterfront, even saw Havensight and hassle island! The front desk service however, was absolutely horrendous. Speaking from a former front desk supervisor, night staff the ladies were terrible. They might need customer service training.

Great views! Food at the pool side restaurant was great. Not having daily housekeeping was a downfall and dragging luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs.
