Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Personal besonders hilfsbereit: Da wir über Weihnachten keine offenen Restaurants finden konnten und sonst nur Mikrowellengerichte gehabt hätten, hat das Team in unserer Abwesenheit ein geeignetes Restaurant recherchiert und empfohlen. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. The breakfast was epic, it’s plain to see how very proud the chefs are, and this is reflected in the quality and range of breakfast items available. Einziges Manko ist das schwache Internet (Junior Suite 120). Das Frühstück ist in jeder Hinsicht vorbildlich, die Frische-Abteilung hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Die Service-Mitarbeiter im Restaurant machen einen guten Job. Ich träume, wieder einen Wellness-Urlaub hier zu machen. ”
