“Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in einem Appartement/Bungalow. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohneinheit. Es war alles sehr sauber und neu. Die Wohnung war klimatisiert. Die Küche hatte sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine. Leider gab es keine Kaffeemaschine. Ansonsten war die Küche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Es gab zwei Toiletten - eine im Bad und eine separate Gästetoilette. Das Hotel liegt ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Europapark entfernt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden……

“Das Zimmer war groß , ich hatte aber keinen Balkon. Es war schon ein bisschen hellhörig, ich habe gleich mitbekommen, wenn das Nachbarzimmer belegt wurde. Ich war sehr überrascht, dass ein Hotel dieser Kategorie kein Putzservice hat, wenn man weniger als 6 Tage dort verbringt. Das Frühstuck war nicht im Preis inklusiv und kostet 21€. Einmal habe ich dort gefrühstückt, ich fand den Preis zu hoch, so viel kann man nicht für das Geld essen! Das Angebot war trotzdem vielfältig.”

“If you are traveling from Germany to France for a road trip, this hotel can be a good location. But the hotel is very cold, the aircon is centralized control, and the toilet is very cold, which make our stay very uncomfortable.”

“This is an exceptional property in the beautiful Black Forest. It is a newer property with good sized comfortable rooms, an exceptional breakfast, and great hiking within steps of the hotel. I also appreciated how close it was to the train station. Highly recommend.”

“Zimmer war super, leider war in einem der beiden Doppelzimmer, die ich gebucht hatte, keine Duschabtrennung, sodass das Bad leider unter Wasser stand. Aber ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Frühstück hatten wir keines.”

“A fantastic property and I would definitely stay here again. Air conditioning worked during heat wave and beautiful touches in room like the different types of drinking glasses.”

“The room was nice and quiet . Lovely bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful if in need of help. I would have liked to see an ice machine available to guests. Coffee upon arrival could be free for added service. As well as some a bit more relaxed sitting area to read other then smoking pit. May I suggest that you start a free book corner for guests to use. Pick one leave one principle in foyer.”

“非常糟糕，完全不是五星酒店，硬装和软装都非常差。我们付了1600美金，12月初在deluxe 房间住了两个晚上，入住当天晚上6店房间才准备好。房间在路边上，半夜都有很多噪音，服务和态度也非常差。这个地方不会再去，太失望太糟糕了”
