The staff’s communication was impeccable; they messaged us on WhatsApp before we even arrived to help with check-in. Because the restaurant was closed for Easter, they thoughtfully prepared a large breakfast box for us to enjoy before our early departure. "The property was great. We had beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Breakfast by Alfredo was delicious and he also serve as our valet and helped with our luggage to our car down the stairs. I did not realize how many stairs there were to get to the building. The only thing I disliked was the faucet in the bathroom. It made a mess. It was unique but made it difficult to wash face and brush teeth. Overall it was beautiful. Suzanna was fantastic."

This is a true gem hidden in the country side. The rooms are all diffenrent and I stayed in ‘Stanza del fieno’, The Hay Room. Staff was super nice and friendly. Only complaint is that there were very noisy kids and you hear everything (!) in the room."
