"Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend"

"Nice garden and view. However we had booked a suite with a balcony but on arrival were told that there was no such room available as there had been an overlooking etc!"

"Excellent hotel highly recommend"
