“I have stayed here a second time with my family and I am very appreciative of a staff (Yash) he is very helpful and nice to help us when we have problems and solve them immediately. If another staff was helpful as well this apartment is excellent. Overall the apartment facility is great. The apartment is near the DLR station so letting us go everywhere was convenient. If the apartment has provided more cleaning solutions for customers and the sink is smooth then it should be perfect. Only one……

“This hotel was in a great area for siteseeing, restaurants, & bars. We chose it because of the in-room clothes washer/dryer but it was a great location too! There’s a tube station just a few minutes walk away, & having the Tower of London across the street was nice. We also had quite a few other site seeing possibilities within walking distance. (I recommend booking a tour of the Billingsgate Roman Baths!) The staff was very helpful & patient with us Americans who were confused by a few things……

“地點方便，轉角就是車站．可直達LHR機場不用轉車．但是車站內有部份要行樓梯，附近有二十四小時小型超級市場．過對面馬路就是一個公園，距離大英博物館非常近．住宿方面設備齊全，地方整體整潔如圖，只是房間有點少．亦沒有電梯，設有雪櫃煮食爐同多士爐．地牢有洗衣乾衣機．房間需自行清潔。附近亦有不少餐廳．有機會一定會再次入住．”

“飯店位置非常的好，對面就是火車、捷運站，樓下就是公車站，超方便！隔壁就有Tesco，還有很多吃的，房間非常舒適、乾淨，這次住宿非常的好！”

“We thought the location was fabulous! Tons of amenities close at hand, access to the underground and really central to go to many attractions. We even spoke with a staff who was originally from Italy and she was so lovely. It was definitely different from staying at a hotel but we really enjoyed. ”

“It's good to have a pantry equipped with microwave / oven, so we can prepare simple meals and need not dine-out everyday. Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.”

“Our stay at this property was ok we stayed for a friends birthday weekend. Facilities were standard tv only had freebies channels not smart like explained in the description and WiFi was not working for the duration of the stay but other than that it was fine. ”
