The property was at ample location but doesn’t justify the cost since I didn’t find anything special about this property in terms of amenities and facility. This facility just offered limited swim time for kids.

Maintenance was not prompt. AC was not working in the room. We reported at 6 PM but it was not fixed and we called again at 11PM and they told us the maintenance people have left for the day. We did not have AC for rest of our stay.

Thus is an excellent hotel for staff and service. There is a very good restaurant and bar with friendly staff. Many great facilities including a swimming pool sauna and spa. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We came to check in at 7pm and were told our room wasn’t available. We’d come out of a wedding to check in so we’re clearly not happy to be told room want ready when officially can check in from 3. Room was ready after about half an hour. We were given drinks vouchers but we were at a wedding so was no use. This morning we had a knock on the door at 9 which woke us up to see if we were checking out at 11 which is the check out time. There was no reason given as to why they knocked and why they needed to check. Overall disappointed with the staff and our stay.

The hotel was excellent, beds were very comfy and the rooms were very clean. The only problem we found was that there was no tv remote and the coffee machine did not work properly. We reported the problems to the reception but nothing was done. The hotel in general was very good we had a good stay. I would still recommend it.

The hotel has 18 floors and one elevator. The lines to get on the elevator were ridiculous and it takes up to 15-20 minutes just to get on the one!

Bathroom shower always leaked water into the bathroom. Bathroom was very tight. Air conditioning in room smelled like urine when turned on. No fridge in the room. The bar in the room was broken. Lifts didn't work. Location is fantastic though. Service was decent. They wouldn't even mail postcards when other high end hotels would do it for the guests. I wouldn't call it a luxury experience.

The hotel had a defibrillator which we used on a pedestrian . That was so important . And the manager came outside when we did CPR and her presence shows much regard for people, even though the victim was not a hotel guest

Elevators being down really made for an interesting stay. Had to walk through the entirety of the property to get to the back elevators when their were two sets of back doors that were locked the whole time. I was there for 6 days and it was like this the entire time
