"The property was described as having stunning views. The back view of a parking lots full of junk and rubbish, the front of the building is to a busy noisy road. The water in all drains (shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink) were very slow to drain. There was mould and dirt in the grout all around the shower. There was no service on site, we were three people and there were two towels, two mugs. No dishwasher soap, no kitchen towels or napkins. "

"Staff very helpful and pleasant. Due to heatwave a second fan was given within 30mins of request. Had issue with shower, they were very quick to respond after hours. Enjoyed stay at apartment."

We’d booked two night and checked out early after one. I’ve been trying to contact since to arrange a refund for the unstayed night but no answer and no way of contacting. Stay well clear, we wish we had "

"The residence was a short walk from Paddington station and Kensington gardens. The residence itself was small (as to be expected in London) but manageable for 3 adults. Absolutely gorgeous and modern feeling."
