Fabulous Country Apartment in "America's Happiest Seaside Town."
Stuart, crowned by Coastal Living Magazine as "America's Happiest Seaside Town," is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom apartment. Inside, guests will find two queen beds that promise a restful night's sleep. Offering a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a full size refrigerator with ice and water in the door, a full size stove with oven, and a dishwasher and garbage disposal. A large island boasts granite counter tops with electrical outlets for your devices. There is a comfortable living room complete with a flat screen smart TV. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, double sinks and a handy hair dryer for added comfort. Experience a beautiful sunrise on the peaceful covered porch in a chaise lounger or on the comfortable loveseat while you enjoy your morning coffee. The porch also includes a table for outside dining. You may also enjoy the campfire feel of our outside firepit on a cool night. Stay cozy with heating or cool off with AC as you unwind. Experience the magic of Stuart at our awesome apartment. Stuart is also known as the "Sailfish Capital of the World" and boasts beautiful beaches and a laid back style as well as historic downtown with a boardwalk right on the wide St Lucie River. Although we are just minutes from 95 the property is peaceful and quiet yet convenient to many area attractions. We are one mile from the tranquil St Lucie Locks which connects the St Lucie River to the Okeechobee waterway. There are picnic tables and walking trails and visitors can watch boats transfer through the locks as they travel by boat, east and west, across the state of Florida. We are a 24 minute drive to the beautiful Stuart Beaches, 17 minutes to charming historic downtown Stuart with restaurants and shops, many situated on the St Lucie River. If you crave the lights, excitement and shopping of West Palm Beach we are just a 25 minute drive. For an incredibly unique experience, load up your beach chairs and picnic basket and take the scenic 20 minute drive to Lake Okeechobee and marvel at a vibrant and magical sunset. There is no limit to the exciting and relaxing activities you will find in this area,

House was nice and clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the decoration of one of the rooms.It was very creepy, 1900’s style. Everything else was beautiful! We enjoyed the stay.
