“Staff lacking in basic hospitality skills. We were given the wrong room and it was not straightforward to rectify which was surprising to me as the booking was clear. I then actually asked to print a document and was told told the hotel had no printer. I kinda lost interest at that point the place is a shambles and has no waterpark. Loads of feral cats running around. Some of the staff were okay but the receptionist was completely incompetent. Expedia should not have this hotel on their……

“We booked 4 rooms they only allowed three rooms because on of the room was for travel monk. We wanted to canceled all of 4 rooms but they wouldn’t let us do that at the end the monk had to look for the place to stay by himself.
