“well, when i went to check in - i had to pay 2 $30 incidental fees for the two rooms i had booked which is no big deal - but in getting the money back - that has been a whole different situation. i've received 1 of the $30 payments - but not the other. ive been emailing back and forth with the GM i'm assuming - and then all of a sudden she's quit emailing me after she's said she'd figure out what was going on - nothing. no responses - i've emailed her twice since then. the public bathroom by the……
