“It’s hard for me to make a negative review as i believe in positivity! So let me first say that i feel bad for the employees working there as they were helpful and tried their best, but they are simply at the mercy of a poorly managed hotel and have limited resources. The hotel was really great about 20 years ago, but my best description now is that it’s simply gone way downhill.
