"Overall we had a great time. Great location, close to everything. The rooms were fairly clean. The only complaint was the stained floors. We liked that it was near everything but also along the outskirt of Myeongdong strip, still easy access for taxi’s. The staff were overall very helpful and friendly. As it was still in the Myeongdong strip, it was not noisy at all from the rooms. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!"

"Perfect location, lots of food options around. Food court at LOTTE department store. Airport bus is close to the hotel . For big grocery store head to LOTTE mart at the Seoul station . At Seoul station you can also direct train to the airport. Room big enough for family of four. Kids liked the bathtub. Mega coffee around the corner. Hotel is on top of the Apple Store it took us a minute to find. Hotel has robot vacuum which cleans the halls, also big hit with kids. "

"A lovely hotel in a great location. Really efficient check-in and check-out - super simple with the kiosks. The room is nicely set up with amenities like pajamas and slippers. The breakfast was great - a lot of variety, tea, coffee, juice, Korean dishes, and more. The location is perfect - restaurants and coffee shops around that are open late. Walked to Seoul station afterwards. Because it is on the 11th floor (you take the elevator to reception), it was really quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from the street at all. A solid place to stay in Seoul. "
