Summary:  
  
Light filled, luxurious residence on 3 acres, nestled amongst peaceful rolling hills of the Noosa Hinterland. The property is divided into three wings, with the master suite boasting a huge ensuite, walk in robe, sauna and fitness studio which overlooks the stunning countryside. A 12m swimming pool dominates the outdoor entertaining area, complete with pool house kitchen & BBQ. Other features include a sound proof 8 seater cinema room with large projector, laundry, walk in pantry & study.  
  
The Space:  
  
Welcome to this modern single level dwelling (Langville) boasting state of the art features and luxury appliances. The house has both indoor and outdoor kitchens, a full home cinema room, Scandanavian sauna, walk in robes to every room and mesmerizing views.  
  
For your comfort Langville has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, separated into different zones, plus indoor and outdoor fireplaces, to keep you cosy in the cooler months or just for ambience in the summer.  
  
Being semi-rural this amazing abode is extremely peaceful with no immediate Neighbours so kick back and simply relax into your surroundings.  
  
There is plenty for the entire family to enjoy: a pool table, a table tennis table, various board games and lots of books for all to read whilst lounging in the hammock. Oh and did we mention the 8 seater amazing cinema room - you simply won't want to leave.  
  
If you do need to perform any work whilst enjoying your stay at Langville we have provided a fully equipped study and there is Wif-Fi throughout the house.  
  
The swimming pool is all automated and converted to full magnesium so you should be left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after you swim and with no overhanging trees, a bonus of no leaves to clean out.  
  
We do have a dog flap fitted in the laundry/boot room so Furry family members are welcome but we do ask you to inform us of how many dogs so we can ensure you are comfortable with the doggy house rules in advance.  
  
The Yoga studio is supplied with a yoga mat and free weights so you can continue to practice/train should you wish.  
  
The internal dining area has just been upgraded with a spectacular 4m dining table so the entire family can dine all together in great comfort.  
  
Langville is an environment to rejuvenate, to relax, enjoy each others company and take advantage of the fabulous location.  
  
As an added bonus for any guests staying 7 days or longer you will be provided with an additional welcome gift for you to experience and enjoy the first class local culinary delights of Kin Kin.

There is easy level access into the house, with plenty of parking on the bitumen approach to the house. Access to all areas of the house.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
Set in the peaceful Noosa hinterland, this rural Kin Kin location offers space, privacy, and a relaxed country lifestyle surrounded by nature. You’ll enjoy the quiet charm of a small hinterland community while still being within easy driving distance of coastal towns, national parks, and everyday amenities. Kin Kin is known for its friendly local atmosphere, scenic countryside, and slower pace of life, making it ideal for guests looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.  
  
\- Pomona town centre with shops, cafés, and IGA is approximately a 15–20 minute drive  
  
\- Gympie with major supermarkets, dining, and services is around a 25–30 minute drive  
  
\- Noosa Heads and popular beaches are approximately a 35–45 minute drive  
  
\- Noosa National Park is around a 45–50 minute drive  
  
\- Brisbane Airport is approximately a 2 hour drive  
  
\- Sunshine Coast Airport is around a 60–70 minute drive  
  
\- Hinterland favourites including Cooroy, Eumundi, and local walking trails are all within easy reach  
  
The surrounding area is perfect for exploring the Noosa hinterland, scenic drives, local markets, bushwalks, and charming country towns.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
A car is essential when staying in Kin Kin, as this is a rural hinterland area with limited public transport. Driving is the easiest and most convenient way to explore nearby towns, beaches, and national parks. Local roads connect easily to Pomona, Gympie, and the wider Noosa region. Walking and cycling are enjoyable within the immediate area, but longer trips will require a vehicle.

\*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)  
  
\*Micro-weddings, elopements, and commercial photography require prior approval and additional fees. All event enquiries are managed by our designated wedding planner.  
  
\*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.  
  
\*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

This the property to stay at if you're looking for somewhere for a larger groups. Everything is top notch and the host has everything ready to make this a memorable and relaxing trip. Could not recommend more for anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious property and took full advantage of all the amenities. Being able to take our dogs and have a secured area where we could leave them added to our relaxation. We had a Woolies home delivery and prepared meals in the well set up kitchen and Bbq area.

From the letting process and arriving at the front door of the property, our experience was excellent. The letting photos do not do it justice. The home is superb and lends itself to a great weekend of entertainment for family and/or friends. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.
