I was stuck in the snow and when I shared that with Tommy, he explained he would have been happy to winch me out which was nice to hear even though I used AAA. Their family values left me believing if I was at all in crisis, they would do what they could to help. My stay at the property was nice. My partner and I were given full autonomy.
