"Vrbo worked with Belvilla for this lodging. We were very disappointed in many things: There was no one on the grounds ever to take our voucher. We were told we would receive check-in directions, but never received them. We were told by Belvilla (through email) that we would have 1st floor. We were placed on the 3rd floor (numerous stairway steps). Extremely difficult for my 90 year old mother traveling with us. We were told we would have a 3 bedroom lodging, but it was only 2 bedrooms. Fire alarm in another part of the building went off late in the evening. There was NO number listed in lodging as to the fire department number. All people were evaculated - difficult once again for my 90 year old mother. No broom, fly swatter. We finally got in our apartment through information from the cleaning lady. Other people were also having the same difficulties. I would NOT stay here again."

"Wow, why why why did I book only one night here? Everything was so good. All rooms - everything - is completely new, spacious, clean, and the owners are so nice! We arrived after a very long day and were worried we would not find a restaurant. We discovered that out of 3 restaurants in Neder - one, and a very good one i might say, is INSIDE the hotel! Elva has a restaurant as part of the premises. I ordered Wiener schnitzel, my son Goulash, was perfect. The red wine we were recommended was also very good. Rooms are very equipped, nice terrace to watch the view and chill, and everything is spotless. Also price was cheap IMO relative to value. We will be back next year! "
