Skiing at the top of Tyrol
On our hike to this nice mountain hut we got to see it from up high first. What a view!! Rise up with the cable cars from #schlick2000 and start this awesome daytrek.
August 2017 Nuernberger Huette, Stubaital, Tirol land, Austria Nuernberger Huette is one of the huts on the Stubaier Alps Hoehenweg, an 80 km long trekking route. It is located in 2.297 meters altitude and it was originally built in 1886 and it has got its present state in 1962 offering around 140 places for overnight. Stubaier Alps belong to the Central Alps, its peaks rise up to some 3.500 meters and are made of gneiss, shale and on its borders also from limestone Dolomite. Together with many small glaciers, emerald lakes, waterfalls and creeks it gives them an amazing variety of mountain landscapes.

The next time you are anywhere even close to Austria you have to promise to visit Aqua Dome in Längenfeld. This is one of the most incredible places I have ever been! Highly, HIGHLY recommend. A word of warning though, some of the sections are designated nude only. ;)
