The staff were so friendly and helpful through my check in, during my stay, and my check out. Honestly the room felt way larger than I originally anticipated and was spotlessly clean with all amenities functional and in good condition. The beds were so soft and the room's AC was a lifesaver from the heat outside. Due to the location of the hotel, there is also very little to no sound from any cars or the bustle of the city which lead to a good night's sleep. Located a stone's throw from the lovely restaurants and attractions of The Rocks, it's ideal for a nice Sydney trip.
