The apartment building where this vacation rental is located is on the pedestrian zone that leads into Friedrichstraße. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be reached by elevator without having to climb any steps. The Friedrichstraße beach access is a 5-minute walk away and approximately 600 meters from the apartment. It is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people, with approximately 46 square meters of living space.

This charming and well-laid-out vacation rental features a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom with a modern shower (hair dryer provided) and a Velux window. There is a storage closet located under the stairs leading up to the bedroom. There is also an east-facing balcony.
