Here you’ll find a modern vacation home that was completely renovated in 2025 and furnished with exclusive furnishings. It is a ground-floor apartment in a quiet yet central location in Westerland. The nearest beach access is just 100 meters from the front door.

In the apartment’s hallway, there is a large built-in closet that can be used as a coat closet.

From here, you can access both rooms in the apartment:

Living/kitchen/dining area: Spacious living area with cozy lighting, a sofa, TV, and a dresser. The sofa is a sleeper sofa that, when extended, provides a sleeping surface measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m and accommodates one additional person. The round dining table with stylish dining chairs is perfect for enjoying meals with friends and family. The adjacent, bright, built-in kitchen is very well equipped.
A sliding patio door leads out to the furnished terrace with a seasonal beach chair (approx. April/May through October) and an east-facing orientation, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. Depending on the sun’s position, the sun may even shine on the patio until late morning.

Bathroom: Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, built-in closet, TV, and window.

Special features: The garden features a shared, year-round heated indoor swimming pool (8.0 x 4.0 m) with underwater lighting, a pool jet nozzle, and a shower stall. Please note that the swimming pool will not be available in 2026 due to renovation work and necessary maintenance.
A shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the Lornsen-Hof.

Location: This vacation rental is located in a quiet yet central area, very close to the beach, behind the dunes in Westerland. The beach access point on Friesische Straße and the promenade leading to Westerland are within sight and only 100 m away. Various restaurants, bars, shops, and boutiques are located about 500 m away—just a 5-minute walk.
