"Location is great and convenient, with convenience stores just opposite to it. Staffs are really nice and helpful. However, the room is a bit dirty when we first check-in. Sticky floors near the fridge make us uncomfortable. There is no hot water in one of the bathroom. So all of us have to use another bathroom for bathing. The smoke sensor in the bedroom is so eye-catching and flashes frequently when the light is turned off. It makes us hard to fall asleep when we first arrived. I would recommend you to prepare something to cover your eyes if you need to stay here. The restaurant is great, with various choices of food. The taste is good and staffs are helpful too."

"Though the interior design, location and overall cleanliness was great. I was particularly impressed by the staff warm and helpful disposition. I caught a cold for one day during my ten days stay and felt cared for by the staff at different level: the room service with good quality food and reactivity, the restaurant staff also was watchful of my needs and finally the people at the reception proactive. Overall an impressive small establishment that could compete without shame with most established international brands and their standardized procedures. Great job! And keep on that great effort."

"員工有禮且服務佳，客房乾淨舒適，但門口階梯和餐廳階梯對無障礙來說較為不方便，另外房間開冷氣時就會現＂油漆 味＂，然後房間竟然沒有茶包，跟櫃台反應，櫃台告知現在都不提供茶包，但我看打掃人員推車上有茶包，懷疑櫃台小姐告知錯誤訊息"

"I had a great stay here. The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day. The front desk staff were very helpful — they even delivered my food orders directly to my room. The room has both a washing machine and a dryer, which is super convenient. Overall, the experience was excellent. Compared to a hotel, the price is quite reasonable; and compared to an apartment, it’s even better because it includes daily housekeeping as well as laundry facilities. The room is new, spotless, and well-maintained — the bed sheets, quilt, and covers were all perfectly clean. Absolutely no issues with cleanliness. Highly recommended!"
